Its important to stay active as you get older, but its not always easy finding activities that don’t impact your joints and muscles. We are always trying to find solutions that find allow everyone to stay fit and active to promote a long and healthy life.
Our sessions are designed to ensure that opportunities are available for over 50s to keep active in a way that is gentle on the body.
