What to expect from these sessions:

Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends.  

Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end!

All ages and levels of fitness welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.

Get involved:

Sessions run at alternate venues every other week between Wendover Health Centre and Aston Clinton Baptist Church. 

Classes cost £2 per session, please pay for your session in cash when you arrive, and contact Amelia via Amelia.Evans@aitc.org.uk, 07399 748803 ahead of your first session to ensure your space!

Meet your instructor:

Jan has a background in the health service and trained as a yoga teacher 7 years ago. She teaches mixed ability, gentle years, chair yoga, and exercise classes in care homes, across Buckinghamshire and is passionate about the benefits of exercise for older adults to improve wellbeing of body and mind.
