What to expect:
Fun, engaging netball sessions covering the basic skills including shooting, footwork, attacking and defending, in a relaxed, friendly environment. Suitable for all abilities.
We will end each session with a game, learning the positions and rules.
What you will need:
Wear comfortable clothes, trainers and bring a bottle of water to drink.

“I have played netball since primary school, then throughout secondary school, university and all my adult life! I love coaching netball as I am passionate about the physiological and psychological benefits it brings, but also the life skills it can develop such as teamwork, communication, co-operation and decision making. Women and girls can make life-long friendships from Netball.”

Our Children’s Netball classes run every Monday, 4-5pm at Aston Clinton Tennis Club, HP22 5FG, and cost £5 per session.
