Step Aerobics
What to expect:
Our Step Aerobics class involves a dynamic and exhilarating workout while having a blast! Step Aerobics is a high-energy cardiovascular session that incorporates the use of a raised platform or “step” to perform a variety of movements to energising music.
Each session is designed to challenge your coordination, endurance, and strength while providing modifications to accommodate individual needs and goals.
Led by our experienced and motivating instructor, this class is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants.
