Active Living is all about making sure that adults in Bucks that are near or over retirement age have the opportunity to be active or stay active.
All the sessions are designed especially with this age group in mind, and delivered by a team of friendly and knowledgeable instructors that will make you feel welcome from the very first moment you arrive.

Tai Chi for Seniors
Tai Chi involves a blend of physically challenging activities, including High intensity workouts, yoga flows, and cardio sessions as well as mental health-enhancers, such as meditation or micro-mindfulness exercises.
Our senior Tai Chi sessions are designed to provide these exercises to the older generation, with the understanding that not everybody shares the same levels of mobility or fitness.
