What to expect...
Are you ready? Women’s only Bootcamp combines circuits, cardio, strength and conditioning for a full body HITT workout. This Bootcamp, hybrid workout brings the gym to you – providing a high energy, sweaty and sociable class.
The class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced with different weights and adaptions available.

Meet your instructor
“From my earliest memory, I have been very active with a passion for health and fitness. After completing my degree in Exercise and Health Science at Chichester University in 2007, my career in the fitness industry has blossomed. After working as a gym instructor, I developed into studio teaching where I really found my feet. I absolutely love teaching classes and I am now a freelance instructor and personal trainer. I teach a mixture of classes including Zumba, Pure Stretch, HIIT and Buggy Circuit.”
