For strength, flexibility and balance.
About the sessions:
Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. Â
Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat at the end!
All ages and levels of ability welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.
Get involved:
Sessions run at multiple locations: Stoke Mandeville, Wendover, Weston Turville and Aylesbury.
All classes cost £3 per session, please pay for your session in cash when you arrive, and contact Amelia via Amelia.Evans@aitc.org.uk, 07399 748803 ahead of your first session to ensure your space!

Ella
Stoke Mandeville & Weston Turville
Ella is a personal trainer and wheelchair user with lived experience, passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities stay active, mobile, and confident. She specialises in supporting older adults, people with impairments, and anyone looking to improve their health and wellbeing through inclusive exercise. She creates fun, supportive sessions that focus on independence, functional movement, and adapting exercises so everyone can participate at their own pace.

Jan
Wendover Sessions
Jan has a background in the health service and trained as a yoga teacher 7 years ago. She teaches mixed ability, gentle yoga, chair yoga, and exercise classes in care homes, across Buckinghamshire. She is passionate about the benefits of exercise to improve the well-being of body and mind.Â

Nicola
Aylesbury Sessions
Nicola is a personal trainer who is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities move confidently and safely. Her seated exercise classes focus on functional movement and building strength, helping participants stay independent, active, and capable in everyday life. She creates a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can improve mobility, strength, and wellbeing at their own pace.
