Pinehurst Community Centre is spacious venue at the heart of the Pinehurst estate in Hertford providing a hub for the local community of Pinehurst, Foxholes and the wider Kingsmead area.  The hall and facilities are available to hire for clubs, one off events, regular bookings, parties, meetings and more.

The Pines Preschool

Pines Preschool runs Monday to Friday, during term time. Session times are from 9.30am until 12.30pm. On Tuesday & Wednesday there is also a lunch club which runs from 12.30 until 1.30pm.

Hilltop Womens Club

The Hilltop Womens Club are a socialable womens group with many members living on the Pinehurst estate. They are registered with the National Womens Group Association and meet at Pinehurst Community Centre every other week for talks, refreshments, quizzes, bingo and many more activities. 

They are always welcome to new members joining.

Junior Street Dance

Street Dance
Street dance is an umbrella term for many social dance styles such as: breakdancing, popping, locking, house dance, waacking etc. 

Junior Street Dance ages 6-11
Our junior class introduces our students to some of the basic steps and we teach routines to help them to feel comfortable with this style of dance

Hertford Pantry

Hertford Pantry are a local, volunteer led Food Pantry with sessions at Pinehurst Community Centre and Sele Community Hub. They work closely with a network of food retailers to collect surplus fresh food every day of the week to support local families.

Hertford Pantry are passionate about sustainability and ensuring that surplus food ends up on plates and not into landfill.

Everyone is welcome – no referral needed, no vouchers needed, no criteria to be met and no judgement

Weekly Zumba class launching on the 4th of October! 

Zumba is a fun fitness dance class , it is easy to follow and combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility in a fun, party-like atmosphere, making it an engaging way to exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

Pinehurst has regular weekend bookings  for one off events including children’s parties, gatherings and meetings. 

Our weekends do get booked up so make sure to book in your celebration / meeting in advance by filling out the Booking Request form below.

Non for profit organisation/ Community interest booking – £15 per hour

Business/ general public hire – £20 per hour 

For one off bookings including events/parties who don’t hold there own insurance, we add on a £5 charge to ensure you are covered under our own Public Liability Insurance for any accidents or damage within your hours of hire.

To Book, please fill out the booking form below. We will then get back to you to confirm if the hall is available at your requested time, and finalise the booking by sending over the facility information including how to access and unlock the centre.
