Inclusive Cycling
Our inclusive cycling initiative is designed to provide individuals with disabilities of all ages the opportunity to enjoy the thrill and freedom of cycling.Â
We run these sessions in two locations, including at Little Marlow Athletics track on Saturdays, 12:30-2:30pm and at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on Sundays 11am-1pm.
Roles include meeting and greeting individuals, helping participants pick a bike to ride, supporting and encouraging participants and more! If you’re available either every week or even once a month, your support will make all the difference!Â

Trainee bike mechanic
AITC, in partnership with Otec Bikes, will be servicing and repairing over 140 donated bikes within our Bike ReCycles project. This provides an exciting opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience of bike servicing and repairs – learning from the experts at Otec Bikes!

ParkPlay PlayLeader
As a PlayLeader, you’ll play a key role in delivering dynamic and engaging ParkPlay sessions. Every Saturday morning, for just two hours, you’ll help bring a pre-planned session to life – featuring fun, free multi-sport activities designed for all ages.
This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to inspire, connect, and energise others. No qualifications needed and training is completely free.Â

Physical Activity Referral Specialist
Full time or part time available. £23,000 – £27,000.Â
We are looking for a Physical Activity Referral Specialist Level 3 (PARS) to be part of our Physical Activity Referral Service in Buckinghamshire. Working with GP practices across Aylesbury, Chesham and Wycombe – the project aims to support adults over the age of 50 with a long term health condition to access physical activity opportunities. The successful candidate will conduct initial assessments, plan, prescribe, implement and monitor a suitable exercise programme for individuals referred through the pathway.

School Community Lettings Officer
Full time, or part time, permanent role. £10.50 – £11.44 per hour.Â
Lead on the safe running of the community school facilities within a number of the school sites we work with. Additionally, the officer must look to build a relationship with the community sports and activity clubs and organisations to help ensure that they receive a top-class experience whilst working with us.Â
There is a strong career development pathway within the organisation for those looking to progress to positions of further responsibility.
